Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of the TelEcho and HintMint Services and is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access.

1. Prohibited Uses – General

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation, including data protection, consumer protection, and telecommunications law
  • Infringing or misappropriating any intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party
  • Transmitting malware, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or any connected system
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying AI models, weights, or source code of the Services
  • Using the Services to build or train a directly competing product or service
  • Reselling or sublicensing access to the Services without RTC LEAGUE's prior written consent

2. Prohibited Uses – TelEcho (Voice & Messaging)

  • Placing automated or prerecorded calls or messages without required consent under TCPA, Do-Not-Call regulations, or equivalent laws
  • Using AI voice agents to impersonate a real individual without disclosure, or to create deceptive “deepfake” voice content intended to defraud or mislead
  • Placing calls or messages for debt collection, political robocalls, or emergency-service impersonation in violation of applicable law
  • Using outbound calling or messaging to harass, threaten, or defraud any person
  • Recording calls without required legal disclosure or consent

3. Prohibited Uses – HintMint (Meeting Intelligence)

  • Using HintMint's undetectable/invisible operation to record, transcribe, or analyze a meeting without providing any legally required notice or obtaining any legally required consent, including in all-party consent jurisdictions
  • Using HintMint to surveil, monitor, or evaluate an individual in a manner that violates applicable employment, labor, or wiretapping law
  • Using speaker-recognition or cross-meeting memory features to build a profile of an individual for a purpose inconsistent with the purpose for which consent was obtained
  • Sharing meeting transcripts or recordings containing another person's Personal Data in violation of applicable data protection law

4. Regulated and Sensitive Data

  • Do not submit protected health information (PHI) unless a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) has been executed and the HIPAA-eligible configuration enabled
  • Do not transmit full, unmasked payment card numbers or other regulated financial credentials outside of an approved, tokenized workflow
  • Do not use the Services to process special-category or sensitive personal data beyond what is reasonably necessary for the documented purpose of the integration

5. Reporting Violations

Suspected violations may be reported to info@rtcleague.com. RTC LEAGUE will investigate reports in good faith.

6. Enforcement

RTC LEAGUE reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate access, with notice where reasonably practicable, for any breach.
