Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to targeted prospect lists, Qualify leads and book meetings for account executives, Handle objections and move conversations toward a next step, Log calls, outcomes, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM, Hit daily and weekly targets for dials and booked appointments, Share prospect feedback with sales and marketing
Professional Skills
- 1 to 3 years of cold calling or telesales experience, Fluent spoken English with a confident phone manner, Resilience and a steady approach to rejection, Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho, Good listening skills and ability to think on your feet
